FISH FEED PRODUCTION
Kılıç Deniz Feed Factory is one of Turkey’s largest extruder fish feed factories with 80,000 tons of annual production capacity.
Equipped with the machinery, equipment and projects of professional European firms, full-automatic production facilities produce high quality fish feed under Aqua-K brand, which is primarily necessitated by Kılıç Deniz as well as other fish production farms in the sector.
Our latest technology production systems, which make a difference, include; ECS (Expansion Control System) Feed Intensity Adjustment System ile VC (Vacuum Coating) Vacuuming and Oil Coating System.
Thanks to ISO 9001 and 22000 Quality and Feed Safety Management Systems and GLOBAL GAP standards implemented in our factories, absolute quality and food control and full traceability are ensured at every stage of production.
Adopting continuous development as its principle, Kılıç Deniz has technical cooperation with universities and the World’s leading research institutes in its feed plants. Kılıç Deniz also conducts joint tests and Research & Development studies at its cage plants and hatcheries.
